Californian Getaway

A couple weekends ago Beck and I had a weekend getaway back to Danville. My friends threw Baby Jane and i a shower! so of course i drove down there! our first stop was a pass by of the old stomping grounds. that was a pretty house!

Sam was the best driver ever! so glad she got to come and we got to hang out. Beck seriously loves his Auntie Sammy

the decorations were amazing, the food was delicious, and the friends were endless!!

aren't my friends beautiful? i cant thank them all enough for coming and for their love and support! love you girls..that goes for the girls couldnt make it also! it was an amazing shower and i am so lucky

sadly on our long drive home some chunk of something flew out of a truck and smashed right into the drivers line of sight. it could have killed Sam. lucky for us someone was watching out for us.

overall it was an amazing and quick weekend.
i am so lucky to have the friends i do and
so grateful to be having a healthy baby girl!

One Year Older and Wiser too!

Happy birthday to me! seriously one of the best days in a long time! I had a great day with friends and family and lots of yummy yummy food! Our Friends Traci and Collin took us out to breakfast at Kneaders for some amazing all you can eat french toast, then we had a little bbq at my Nana and Papas house for lunch with Traci and Collin and then matts sisters family. the kids were all so cute with each other giving lots of hugs and playing with the must have balloons!! Laura made an amazing red velvet with cream cheese cake and i think about everyone had a turn blowing out the candles!

Aunt Megan and Beck!

 

 

after lunch and a couple minutes of putting my feet up and relaxing Matt and i headed off to Salt lake, met out friends Matt and Molly Robinson on the way, then our date to chow down on some Tucanos began! oh man best meats ever. they even sang to me and i got to shake the tambarine! pretty funny! i love being able to spend some quality time with Matt and he really did an awesome job of making me feel special and planned everything! I am so lucky to have him in my life! For my birthday this year he gave me a salon chair for home! oh my gosh ive been sitting in it every second i get. Beck loves climbing all over it too! I felt so special on my day and i have family and friends to thank for that! Happy 24th to ME!

Boy or Girl?!?!?!

A little over a week ago we found out that our little nugget will be a GIRL!!! She is such a squirmy little thing and we are just anxious to see her! She has a lot to live up to with Beck being such a stud but im sure she wont dissapoint! We arent quite sure of the name yet but the list is quickly being narrowed down. Beck is slowly, very slowly getting the idea that he will be a big brother! We keep asking him where his little sister is and then Matt will rub my tummy, so he understands that when that question is asked he is supposed to rub my tummy! haha its kind of cute! Matt is excited to have another little baby in the house. I always catch him watching the videos from when beck was weeks old. It really is so comforting to have a husband that genuinly cares about his family and loves being there for his kids.

      When i was pregnant the first time and found out that it would be a boy...i bought him some little grey Toms shoes and so im keeping the tradition alive for our little girl and soon will be purchasing these babies!!

can you picture her walking around in the snow with these cute things on?!?! awwww im so excited to dress a little girl. im ready to buy everything in Target and Old Navy! seriously such adorable clothes! wahoo for girls!

so a long while back but still this year, a good friends wife took some family photos for us! we wanted to do some pictures before i started to blimp out but while Beck was still just barely one years old! so just a little photo shoot for your eyes!!
